Colossal Cave: The Office

The ending cutscene of Colossal Cave takes place in The Office, a 1970s office filled with elves. I made several hero assets for the location, including a PDP-10 computer mainframe, a teleprinter, a scoreboard, and the logo signage for the office itself. I also assembled the exterior scene that the game ends on.

Much thanks to:
Amber Johnson (our lead) for the level blockouts and the office assets: https://www.artstation.com/lief3d

This mainframe and teleprinter were hero assets specifically requested for Colossal Cave's final cutscene by our lead designer (Roberta WIlliams), as she wanted a call-back to the exact same machines that Colossal Cave ran on back in the 1970s.
